Indoor Flying Information (updated)
The club's indoor flying sessions are at the Cardinal Cardinal Catholic High School which is 1 block west of Yonge Street, on Bloomington Road (Aurora). The entrance is at the north side of the building to the gym.

Flying hours are: 9:30 am to 1:15 pm All persons are to vacate the premises by 1:30.....
Aircraft used for indoor flying must be electric powered only and have a wingspan no longer than 30 inches.
Please bring running shoes or other indoor shoes for wearing in the gym and change to them before entering the gym.
Members of RHMAC must have current MAAC and Pilot Status.
• Only members of RHMAC with bronze status must fly with an instructor present.
• Non members must have MAAC and Pilot Status.
• No training will be available unless an instructor agrees to help out a student.
• All pilots with either 72 MGHhz or 2.4 GHz must peg on a Frequency Board with a marker and a name tag.
• Pilot stations are only allowed on the side of the gym with an entrance.
• Pilots must perform a range check to insure 2.4 Ghz is bound properly.
• Pilots must avoid flying over designated pit area or near pilot stations.
• Pilots must announce going on the gym floor to retrieve their airplane.
Any aircraft flying a lot faster than all the other planes in the gym - needs to slow it down.
Helicopters will fly in the corners of the gym away from the other aircraft
ALWAYS FLY WITH SAFETY IN MIND - PLEASE NOTE
- The GREEN line is the flight line - PLEASE keep behind it at all times
- Keep aircraft and equipment behind the BLACK line
- Avoid excessive speed
- Please check the posted flying schedule and respect the flying schedule - there's a time for everyone
At the beginning of flying, organizer must call pilots together to outline the rules.
The organizers will post the flying schedule and and there is a timed limit on the type of planes in the air at one time. Occasionally there might be a special flying time request made if a member is testing a new aircraft.

Airplanes - 30 inches or less
Helicopters - 14 inch size rotor blades or less designed only for indoor flying
